Job summary

Tamiya Philippines Inc. in Lapu-Lapu City, Central Visayas, is seeking a General Affairs leader to oversee daily operations of administrative services, facility management, regulatory compliance, and safety and environment support.

You will manage employee welfare programs, ensure compliance with PEZA requirements, and coordinate with government agencies while guiding a small team to deliver efficient, safe and compliant services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BSIE or any business related field.
• 2–3 years in general affairs, admin services, facilities management, regulatory compliance, EOSH support and employee welfare.
• Experience in General Affairs and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Coordinating with government agencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• PEZA Documents processing experience is an advantage.
