Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential workplace hazards.
• Monitor compliance with DOLE OSH standards and safety policies.
• Prepare safety reports, inspection findings, and incident documentation.
• Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Coordinate with employees, contractors, and management regarding safety concerns.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work procedures.
• Assist in emergency drills and implementation of emergency response procedures.
• Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the Safety Officer/QHSE team on safety programs and compliance requirements.
