• Responsible for accomplishing transactions and processing of documents outside the company in relation to banks, government agencies and other companies for local purchases as necessary.

• Responsible for maintenance of company vehicles and checking of their condition and inform HR Staff in charge for any concerns.

• Responsible for safe transportation of Department Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Employees and Guests and other Japanese Expatriates on business trips.
