Responsibilities

• Ensures safe transport to destination for Executives and Management
• Drives the vehicle for official travel and business as requested
• Maintains high standard of service and appearance of the vehicle
• Maintains confidentiality of conversations and information during transport
• Assists with loading/unloading materials
• Travels via efficient routes and complies with road regulations
• Reports accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
• Keeps the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and parked securely
• Provides accurate time records of vehicle use
• May work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Performs basic office support tasks as needed

The Company Driver provides safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for Executives and Management while ensuring strict confidentiality, compliance with road regulations, and the highest standards of service. The role includes maintaining vehicle cleanliness and condition, keeping accurate trip records, assisting with loading and errands, and promptly reporting any incidents. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, and to perform basic office support tasks as needed, is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures safe transport to the destination of the Executive/s and Management
• Drives the vehicle for official travel and business, or as requested by the Executive/s and Management
• Maintains a high standard of service.
• Maintains strict confidentiality on all conversations and information heard during the transport assignment.
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials.
• Traveling with the most efficient routes, unless otherwise directed.
• Complying with road regulations at all times.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
• Ensuring that the automobile remains clean and well maintained.
• Ensuring the vehicle is safely and securely parked and stored.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and going.
• Able to work nights and/or weekends and holidays if needed.
• Able to render overtime if needed.
• Keeps the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
• Render other services to the employer, such as menial office tasks, personal assistance, and running errands.
