Job summary

Trans-Pacific Journey Fishing Corporation is seeking a reliable driver to safely transport employees, guests, and visitors, while ensuring timely delivery of documents and office supplies. The role requires a valid Professional Driver's License with restrictions 1-3, a high school diploma, at least 3 years of driving experience, physical fitness, and trustworthy integrity.

You will support administrative tasks and maintain vehicle records.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Valid Professional Driver's License with Restrictions 1, 2, and 3.
• Minimum education level: High School Graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Physically fit and capable of performing job duties.
• Must demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicle to transport employees, guests, and visitors to and from assigned destinations.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of documents, parcels, and office supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance check of the assigned vehicle.
• Assist in general office errands such as purchasing, banking, and government transactions (e.g., SSS, BIR, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
• Coordinate closely with admin staff to support daily operational needs.
• Follow assigned schedules, routes, and company driving policies.
• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage.
• Ensure that all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.) are up to date.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Provide assistance to executive staff and employees as needed.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle and adhere to the Preventive Maintenance Procedure for each vehicle.
