Job Description The Company driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of employees, sales agents, and clients for business-related trips, including site tripping and property viewings. The driver must be highly skilled in defensive driving, well-versed in navigating Batangas and Manila areas, and capable of handling both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. In addition to transportation duties, the driver is responsible for upkeep, maintenance, and readiness of company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company employees, sales agents, and clients for work-related trips, including site tripping, property viewings, and client visits.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of personnel at designated locations.
• Assist in loading/unloading marketing materials, event setups, and other work-related items.
• Follow scheduled routes or respond to ad-hoc trip requests efficiently.
• Utilize GPS and navigation tools to determine the best routes and avoid traffic congestion; stay updated on road regulations and rerouting advisories.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and road worthiness; schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Maintain familiarity with Batangas and Manila routes, including subdivisions, commercial hubs, and highways.
• Proficient in driving both manual (M/T) and automatic (A/T) vehicles; handle basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain good time management and organizational skills; be reliable and trustworthy.
