Role Description

• Oversee and manage the accounting team by delegating work, offering chances for growth and development, and doing performance reviews.
• In charge of overseeing the creation of budgets, reports, and financial statements, making sure they are accurate and compliant with legal and accounting standards.
• Oversee the month‑end and year‑end close procedures, which encompass financial analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Examine and evaluate financial information to find patterns, outliers, and potential areas of development.
• Create and put into place internal controls, accounting rules, and processes to protect business assets and guarantee adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Work together to support corporate goals and activities with other departments, including finance, operations, and human resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and other stakeholders about accounting‑related issues.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
• At least 3 5 years of accounting supervisor experience.
