Job summary

Indegene Inc. is seeking an AI Project Orchestrator to drive GenAI-enabled transformation programs for global pharma clients.

The role blends strategy, solutioning, and execution to translate complex pharma needs into scalable AI solutions and accelerate adoption across organizations. The ideal candidate holds an MBA, has 5–7 years in strategic consulting or program management in pharma, and demonstrates GenAI, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership to shape innovation roadmaps

Qualifications

MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college in General Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in strategic consulting, program management, or solution development.
Strong pharma/Life Sciences background with knowledge of commercial operations and marketing.

Responsibilities

Lead GenAI-driven programs across global pharma clients with strategic alignment.
Drive solutioning for RFPs and PoVs by translating complex needs into AI-enabled solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to accelerate GenAI adoption and business impact.
Collaborate with solutioning, delivery, enablement and product teams to align capabilities with client needs.
Design and develop scalable AI solutions addressing pharma business challenges.
