Job summary

Indegene seeks a GEO Sr. Analyst to drive AI-driven search ecosystem analysis, audits, and reporting for pharma, biotech, and medtech brands.

You will build high‑intent prompt libraries, analyze AI outputs across multiple platforms, and translate findings into strategic recommendations grounded in pharma context. You will develop client-ready dashboards and presentations, clearly connecting data to insights and brand implications, while exploring new tools and expanding GEO methodologies for

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, search, insights, digital strategy, consulting, SEO/GEO, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical ability to turn complex or ambiguous datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Profound or similar AI Search/GEO platforms, with the ability to explore beyond standard dashboards and reporting.
• Strong proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar GenAI tools for research, analysis, hypothesis development, and insight generation.
• Strong prompting and AI-native problem-solving skills, with the ability to continuously test, refine, and explore new analytical approaches.
• Good understanding of AI search ecosystems, including retrieval, reranking, RAG, citations, source authority, entities, and AI retrievability.
• Working knowledge of technical and content SEO, including crawlability, indexability, on-page optimization, internal linking, structured data, and site architecture; familiarity with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
• Ability to move from metric to observation to insight to brand implication to strategic recommendation.
• Experience or familiarity with pharma, life sciences, or healthcare, including therapeutic areas, clinical evidence, HCP/patient journeys, and branded/unbranded ecosystems.
• Understanding of healthcare authority and YMYL ecosystems, including scientific publications, guidelines, medical associations, government sources, etc.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI-search findings into client-ready narratives.
• Curious, self-directed, and adaptable, with a mindset of continuous exploration as Profound, AI platforms evolve.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI Visibility tool & AI-Native Analysis to build and manage high-intent prompt libraries across brand, disease, treatment, competitor, HCP, and patient journeys.
• Use AI tools to investigate patterns, answer strategic questions, and analyze outputs across multiple platforms for visibility, citations, sources, narratives, and competitive presence.
• Translate data into meaningful insights by connecting prompt, platform, citation, source, competitor, and narrative patterns.
• Develop client-ready dashboards, analyses, and presentations that clearly connect data to insight, brand implications, and recommended actions.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to GEO Leads, internal stakeholders, and client teams in a clear, compelling manner.
• Continuously explore new tools, prompts, workflows, and methodologies to convert successful approaches into reusable GEO practices.
