Job summary
Nagarro in India seeks Associate Distinguished Engineer (Solution Architect for GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI) to lead AI solution design for complex deals. You will design scalable architectures across AI, data, cloud, and integrations, and collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to win new business.
The role requires strong communication with executive stakeholders and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in solution architecture or related leadership roles.
- 2+ years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, and GenAI workflows.
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI, data, cloud, and integration architectures.
- Proven capability with cloud AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Ability to craft executive-level demos and client presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI solutioning for deals across lifecycle.
- Design scalable AI/ML and GenAI architectures for bids.
- Translate business challenges into AI solutions.
- Lead discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs.
- Develop demos, prototypes, and PoCs for engagements.
- Estimate effort, assess feasibility, and analyze risks.
- Mentor pre-sales teams on architecture and storytelling.
- Create reusable AI accelerators and reference architectures.
