Job summary

Google Cloud is hiring a Generative AI Forward Deployed Engineer in the Philippines. You will be an embedded builder, moving frontier AI products into production within customer environments and solving integration, data readiness, and state-management challenges.

This role involves direct collaboration with Google's AI portfolio and Vertex AI tooling. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic solutions while acting as a critical feedback loop to influence product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years of software development experience with Python.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Ability to communicate in Thai and English fluently to support client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex AI applications transitioning prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows (multi-agent systems, MCP servers).
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google's AI products and customer's live infrastructure via APIs and data silos.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or feature requests for engineering teams.
• Co-build with customer engineering teams to ensure Google-grade development practices and long-term adoption.
