Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer who will be embedded within internal business units and Globe Group affiliates to design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions tailored to specific workflows and pain points.

You will build rapid prototypes using Globe's AI tooling stack, conduct demo-driven development, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions before full-scale deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software engineering or AI/ML solutions experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI-powered applications.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Philippine telco/enterprise landscape is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with agile/iterative development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal teams to identify AI use cases.
• Build rapid prototypes and AI solutions using Globe's tooling.
• Conduct demo-driven development with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into AI workflows and integrations.
• Act as liaison between business units and the AI platform team.
• Document blueprints and reusable AI components.
• Support AI tool onboarding and rollout.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and improvements.
• Collaborate with the AI Community & Engagement team.
• Represent AI team in planning sessions and project kick-offs.
• Provide strategic direction based on platform insights.
