Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge frontier AI products with production-grade customer solutions. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic workflows directly within customer environments, addressing blockers to production and data readiness issues.

You will embed with customer engineering teams to identify SDLC bottlenecks, own end-to-end delivery from discovery to hardening, and collaborate across Google Cloud’s AI stack and partner ISV platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience deploying, scaling, and debugging LLM/agent-based systems in production environments.
• Experience with end-to-end technical ownership of engineering projects with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, moving prototypes to production-grade workflows.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google's AI products and a customer's live infrastructure.
• Design and deploy production-grade agentic workflows on Google Cloud's AI stack.
• Embed with customer staff to identify bottlenecks and define success metrics.
• Integrate Google’s agentic systems with ISV tools using MCP/A2A protocols.
