Job summary

Responsibilities

• Scoop and serve gelato with consistent portions and presentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flavours, ingredients, and allergens.
• Guide guests through the flavour menu and offer tastings when appropriate.
• Prepare cups, cones, pints, and seasonal offerings accurately.
• Operate the display cabinet and rotate pans as directed.
• Process orders via POS and handle payments with care.
• Attend to dine-in guests from seating to departure and keep areas tidy.
• Support events, pop-ups, and off-site activations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with restocking and packaging.
