Job summary

Kariton Philippines Cafe Inc. in Metro Manila is hiring a part-time gelato attendant who will scoop, serve, and plate our world-class Filipino flavors with care. You’ll welcome guests, handle POS transactions, keep your station spotless, and help restock inventory.

Training provided; attitude matters more than experience, and you’ll join a growing brand featured in global media. Schedule is 7AM–2AM shift-based; part-time/contractual arrangement with ₱21,000 monthly salary for full-time

Born in Melbourne and led by Filipino-Australian fine dining chef John Rivera (MasterChef: The Professionals finalist), we turn Filipino flavors into world-class artisan gelato — and we've just landed home in the Philippines. You won't just be scooping gelato; you'll be serving Filipino pride, one cup at a time.

What you'll do

• Scoop, serve, and plate our gelato with care — presentation matters here

• Welcome every guest with genuine, engaging service (you're the face of the brand!)

• Handle POS transactions accurately

• Keep your station, display, and dining area spotless

• Help restock and monitor inventory

Who we're looking for

• Friendly, smiling, and a fast learner — attitude over experience

• Reliable, honest, and a team player who takes ownership of their station

• Customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you

• Comfortable with basic math and speaks Filipino and English

• Open to shift work (8 hrs/day, 6 days/week)
