Kariton Philippines Cafe Inc. in Metro Manila is hiring a friendly full-time gelato shop associate. You will scoop, serve, handle POS, and help maintain a clean, inviting station.

No prior experience required; training provided. Must be able to work shift-based hours from 10 AM to 2 AM, speak Filipino and English, and be a team player ready to grow with a brand expanding across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Friendly, smiling and a fast learner with attitude over experience.
• Reliable, honest and a team player who takes ownership of their station.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required — training will be provided.
• Comfortable with basic math and speaks Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Scoop, serve, and plate gelato with care and presentation.
• Welcome guests with genuine service; be the face of the brand.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep station, display, and dining area spotless and organized.
• Support restocking and inventory monitoring.
