This role is embedded in Good Eats by SSI as part of Rustan's Group of Companies' brand network. Your responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring correct display and portioning, reviewing ingredient quality, and reporting issues to the line manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain gelato equipment and cleanliness according to Venchi standards
• Ensure gelato display and portioning meet quality requirements
• Monitor ingredient quality and discard non-conforming batches
• Report any issues to line manager and store supervisor
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and product information
• Uphold health and safety guidelines in the shop environment
