EY GDS is seeking a payroll specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients in a hybrid setup at McKinley West, Taguig. The role requires 4–6 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience across Oceania, strong data entry, math, and communication skills, and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities include data collection, record updates, year-end processing, reporting, issue resolution, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including year-end.
• Collect and enter payroll data and update records.
• Process changes to exemptions, insurance, deductions, and job transfers.
• Prepare and extract payroll reports on earnings, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
• Compute payroll liabilities including taxes and statutory payments.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.
• Analyze payroll data to respond to questions and requests.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll information.
• Support team goals and perform ad hoc reporting as needed.

4 – 6 years' experience of full end to end payroll processing experience across Oceania.

Specific duties/responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end to end payroll processing for multiple clients including year-end.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting and entering/uploading data.
• Updates payroll records by entering changes in components e.g. but not limited exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles and department/division transfers.
• Prepares/extracts payroll reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
• Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and other statutory payments as required.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies/queries by collecting and analyzing information.
• Analyses payroll information so as to answer questions and requests.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adhoc reporting and other duties as required
