EY GDS in Taguig invites a payroll professional with 3–4 years of end-to-end Australia payroll experience to join our team. You will maintain and process payroll data across multiple clients, handle year-end activities, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Australian payroll is preferred.
• Strong data entry and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediates to advanced).
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients including year-end.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting and entering data.
• Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance, deductions, job titles and department/division transfers.
• Prepare/extract payroll reports by summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
• Determine payroll liabilities by calculating taxes and other statutory payments.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
• Analyze payroll information to answer questions and requests.
• Maintain payroll operations by following policies and reporting changes.
• Protect payroll confidentiality.
• Contribute to team by completing related tasks.
• Adhoc reporting and other duties as required.
