• Experience in cash handling, sales monitoring, inventory, and basic report preparation.
• Good knowledge of basic administrative and station operations.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy, particularly in handling cash and company property.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily fuel/lubes and sales reports.
• Deposit daily sales and manage cash handling.
• Prepare payroll for supervised personnel.
• Monitor fuel deliveries and station equipment.
• Enforce discipline and schedule rest days.
