Job summary

The role focuses on optimizing fuel and store sales, managing inventory, maintaining customer service excellence, and coordinating with management on performance and operational matters. Shift work and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in gas station/retail/food service or multi-branch operations.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the gas station.
• Supervise, train, and monitor station staff and cashiers.
• Monitor fuel and store sales, cash collections, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper fuel inventory and stock monitoring.
• Maintain excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards.
• Monitor employee attendance, schedules, and performance.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales and operational concerns.
• Maintain station cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in achieving sales and operational targets.
