Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee daily gas station operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise staff and cashiers, monitor sales and cash flow, and ensure proper inventory control while upholding safety standards and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory experience in retail or multi-branch environments, strong leadership, and a commitment to consistent quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in gas station, retail, convenience store, food service, or other multi-branch operations.
• Experience in sales, cash handling, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Results-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be deployed to assigned gas station locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the gas station
• Supervise, train, and monitor station staff and cashiers
• Monitor fuel sales, store sales, cash collections, and daily reports
• Ensure proper fuel inventory and stock monitoring
• Maintain excellent customer service and address customer concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards
• Monitor employee attendance, schedules, and performance
• Coordinate with management regarding sales, operational concerns, and station performance
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper station presentation
• Assist in achieving sales and operational targets
