Job summary

JADE BLUE PETROLEUM, INC. is seeking a Station Operations Manager to oversee daily functions and ensure smooth running of all activities at the gas station. You will lead cashiers and pump attendants, manage schedules, monitor inventory, and prepare essential reports for management.

You will also train new hires, address operational issues, and implement strategies to boost staff motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Immediate availability is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in managing a gas station is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the station
• Supervise and coordinate the tasks of cashiers and pump attendants
• Create and manage employee work schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee delivery receipts
• Generate sales reports and reconcile daily and weekly reports, along with other required documentation for management
• Train both new hires and current employees
• Identify and report any operational issues and propose effective solutions
• Implement strategies to enhance employee motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction
