The VITO Group is seeking a Client Accounting and Advisory Senior Associate to lead and deliver high-quality accounting services for US GAAP clients. You will manage end-to-end accounting operations, provide insights, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment.

Based in Makati with onsite work in the first year, this role requires 5+ years of experience, QuickBooks proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in US public accounting or a client-facing role.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and related practices.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day full cycle accounting operations and advisory services from planning to delivery.
• Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to optimize client performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements in client engagements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance across engagements.
