You will oversee full-cycle accounting, apply US GAAP, and deliver high‑quality outputs while working remotely initially, transitioning to on-site Makati. The role requires five-plus years in accounting, strong Excel and QuickBooks, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in US public accounting or similar client-facing role.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP with proficiency in financial statement prep and analysis.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel required.
• Onsite work in Makati required for the 1st year; Flexibility may be provided during emergencies.
• Night shift required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations from planning to execution and delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members, mentoring and coaching.
• Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to optimize client performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements in client engagements.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance in engagements.
