Job summary

Our Clients in Makati City seeks a Sales Account Officer - Foreign Exchange to lead client relationships, grow FX portfolios, and expand the company’s footprint in the FX market.

You will own a portfolio, identify cross-sell opportunities, prospect new clients, present FX products, negotiate rates, ensure compliant onboarding, and coordinate with operations to settle trades. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in FX sales, strong relationship skills, and pricing aptitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in banking/finance/forex is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good negotiation skills and pricing awareness.
• Familiarity with FX products and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of client accounts and understand FX needs and transaction patterns.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Prospect for new clients and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Present FX products and proposals tailored to each client.
• Negotiate FX rates and ensure accurate order processing and settlement.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and BSP regulations; perform or support KYC.
