Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year discipline.
• At least 2 years of proven sales or account management experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry.
• Strong negotiation abilities and excellent client-facing communication.
• Solid grasp of sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, generate qualified leads, and present foreign exchange products to prospective corporate clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure ongoing engagement and retention.
• Negotiate competitive FX rates, book currency orders accurately, and coordinate with internal operations for prompt trade settlements.
• Ensure all sales transactions strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining clear activity logs.
• Collaborate with back-office and product teams to streamline service delivery and conduct product orientation for clients.
