Key Responsibilities

• Promote and present the company's furniture collections, interior furnishings, and related products to prospective customers.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions based on their preferences, space requirements, and budgets.

• Actively engage showroom visitors and potential clients to generate sales opportunities.

• Prepare product quotations, coordinate sales proposals, and facilitate customer orders.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to encourage sales conversions and repeat business.

• Explain product specifications, materials, finishes, pricing, and available customization options.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.

• Maintain customer records, monitor sales inquiries, and provide updates on ongoing transactions.

• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Stay informed about product collections, furniture trends, and market preferences to improve sales presentations.
