Job summary

Citco in Manila is seeking an experienced Senior NAV Analyst to oversee the calculation of net asset values for a portfolio of hedge funds and coordinate client deliverables.

You will review NAVs, financial statements, and payments, escalate issues, and liaise with SSC FA and global project teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or a professional accounting qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services with high-volume operational environment and/or hedge fund industry.
• 6+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and client relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Calculate NAVs for hedge funds and manage client relationships under senior leadership.
• Administer services under administration agreements for hedge fund clients.
• Review and sign-off NAV calculations, financial statements and related reports.
• Review/authorize payments and other transactions.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting NAV production or client relationships to Senior VP.
• Coordinate Year-end audit timelines, financial statements, regulatory filings, tax services.
• Monitor KPIs/KRIs on client deliverables and act as main point of contact.
• Oversee SSC pipeline activities: new business, migrations, liquidations, onboarding.
• Identify staffing/training needs to efficiently manage pipeline and resources.
• Collaborate with SSC and LO stakeholders to maximize client profitability and resource management.
• Review MIS reporting on fund operations, risk adherence and efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate between SSC FA Management/SDG/Global projects and Local Coordinators to ensure execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships across CFS to support SSC FA strategies.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Encompass all facets of the calculation of net asset values on a variety of complex hedge funds. Managing a group of clients with your senior vice presidents, your responsibilities will include;
• Performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge fund clients;
• Review and sign-off of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports
• Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions;
• Address and/or escape all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship in general to Senior Vice President in a detailed and timely manner
• Primary point of contact and escalation for the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services, etc.
• Primary point of contact and escalation for KPIs and KRIs on the client deliverables of the team
• Coordination and oversight for all facets of SSC pipeline – includes New Business, migrations, organic changes including liquidations and resignations; monitor and escalation ingestion and progress of new clients, fund launches and on boarding of existing clients
• Identify Staffing/Training needs to efficiently manage pipeline; monitor requirements against actual while proactively engaging stakeholders to facilitate hiring and training requirements
• Work closely with SSC and LO stakeholders to maximize client profitability; monitor and report on SSC and LO resource management at client, individual and location level for Senior Management action
• Review and action on Operational MIS Reporting – reporting on Fund Operational Metrics, adherence to risk and best practice guidelines, turnover, productivity/efficiencies to name a few
• Acting as the senior representative, co-ordinate strategic and operational initiatives between SSC FA Management/SDG/Global project teams and the Local Project Coordinators (LPCs) within each locations to achieve successful execution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across CFS to effectively facilitate CFS SSC FA strategies and goals

Qualifications

About You:

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related area and/or a professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/ or hedge fund industry
• Supervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 6+ years
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to detail
• Strong business acumen.
• Good client/ business relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
