Job summary

Citco in Manila seeks a seasoned real estate accounting professional to join Fund Administration. You will maintain ledgers, prepare statements, allocations, and analyze complex data to support a seamless client experience.

You will collaborate with management and clients, ensuring accurate reporting and timely deliverables. A CPA/ACA/CIMA is a plus, with fluency in English and proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of MRI, Yardi or Investran is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Finance related area.
• Pursuing ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA designation.
• 5+ years of real estate accounting experience.
• Experience in reviewing ledgers and financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements.
• Prepare allocations for limited and general partners.
• Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries.
• Support full cycle accounting and client deliverables.
• Interact with management and clients and assist audits.
