Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Process fund-related updates and transaction details ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support data processing and verification.
• Communicate with clients, transfer agents, custodians, and financial institutions to obtain information and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform routine reconciliations and data reviews to maintain reliable records.
• Report unresolved exceptions and potential risks to the team lead.
• Track pending requests and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Trading, Reconciliation, and Reporting teams to improve information exchange.
• Help develop and update standard procedures and checklists.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tasks and support automation initiatives.
• Attend team discussions and training to stay aligned with requirements.
