The role requires 2+ years in financial operations and a finance-related degree, with strong attention to detail and Excel/Sheets proficiency. Onsite work at Seven Seven Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred.
• 2+ years in financial operations, fund admin, reconciliation, or data ops.
• Back-office mutual fund experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency; SQL/dashboards/reconciliation tools a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently within a team.
• Willingness to work onsite at Seven Seven Office; not remote.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and validate incoming fund information notices, updates, and transactions in the systems, using both manual processes and AI tools.
• Proactively follow up on missing or incomplete data with clients, transfer agents, custodians, and other industry counterparties.
• Perform daily data reconciliations and quality checks to maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
• Promptly lift data discrepancies and systemic issues to the Director of Subaccounting.
• Maintain organized records and logs of data notices, exceptions, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Trading, Reconciliation, Reporting, and other Operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and support operational requirements.
• Contribute to process documentation, automation workflows, SOPs, and checklists to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other operational activities as required.
