Job summary

enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is hiring a Contract Support Officer to maintain accurate contract and contractor data across multiple systems and act as the first point of contact for contract-related enquiries via Zendesk. The role supports procurement panel lifecycle, data reconciliation, and governance reporting in a hybrid work arrangement.

Key duties include data entry, validation, and updates, plus ensuring traceability and adherence to governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, data entry, or system support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to follow structured processes and procedures.
• Basic analytical capability to identify data inconsistencies.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current data across systems (CLMS, CRM, VendorPanel, eTendering).
• Ensure contract, contractor, and panel records are complete and aligned across systems.
• Apply and uphold data standards, naming conventions, and system protocols.
• Perform timely data entry for onboarding, contract and panel records, and updates.
• Ensure updates are documented with traceability and governance support.
• Reconcile data across systems and conduct data quality checks.
• Triage contract-related enquiries via Zendesk and allocate to the right teams.
• Resolve enquiries within defined scope and escalate complex cases.
• Support procurement and panel lifecycle activities and documentation storage.
• Extract data for operational reporting and governance/audit needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data entry, reconciliation and enquiry handling processes.
