Job summary

Proselect Inc. is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst in Manila for a full-time, night-shift, hybrid role. You will review NAV files for hedge funds and private equity, consolidate investor data, ensure timely reporting, and support audits.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with large datasets, and knowledge of hedge funds or private equity. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Manila.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH and Pivot Tables.
• Experience handling large datasets is advantageous.
• Familiarity with hedge funds or private equity operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly hedge fund NAV files and quarterly private equity NAV files.
• Consolidate and validate investor data including commitments, subscriptions, capital calls and distributions.
• Ensure fund reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with Client Service, Fund Reporting and other internal teams.
• Assist with annual feeder fund audits.
• Monitor and track KPIs.
• Develop and maintain procedures; collaborate with the tech team to automate workflows.

The Fund Operations Analyst is a full-time, nightshift, and hybrid role based in Manila. This role supports hedge fund and private equity operations by reviewing NAV files, managing investor data, ensuring accurate and timely reports, assisting with audits, and improving processes.

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund Net Asset Value (NAV) files prepared by third-party administrators.
• Consolidate and validate investor data, including commitments, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and investor positions.
• Ensure fund reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with Client Service, Fund Reporting, and other internal teams.
• Assist with annual feeder fund audits.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain procedures and collaborate with the technology team to automate workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hedge funds or private equity.
• Experience handling large datasets is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and Pivot Tables.
• Knowledge of alternative investments is an advantage.
