Job summary

Maples Group, a global financial services leader, seeks a Supervisor, Fund Accounting in Manila on a hybrid dayshift. You will prepare and review hedge fund NAVs for a portfolio of clients, liaise with managers, auditors, and custodians, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires 4–5 years in hedge funds or related financial services, with strong English communication and a degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-5 years Hedge Fund or Private Equity related experience or 2-3 years Hedge Fund or Private Equity plus 3-5 years Financial Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review medium to complex net asset valuations for hedge funds.
• Coordinate with investment managers, prime brokers, custodians and other counterparties on NAVs.
• Liaise with auditors and respond to queries as needed.
• Understand constitutional documentation and client structures.
• Deliver high levels of client service and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Assist with ad hoc reports and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve client queries and deliverables promptly.
