Job summary

Minimum 1 year in hedge funds or private equity, or 1–3 years in financial services.
Strong data handling and billing/invoice processing capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication for global teams.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage data accuracy in billing systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages per MaplesFS policies.
Liaise with investment managers, brokers, auditors, and internal teams to resolve queries.
Manage client data entry for new setups, fund closures, and terminations; execute fee processing and invoicing.
Analyze operational data to complete monthly revenue accrual reports and KPIs.
