Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a mid-level fund accounting professional in the Philippines to deliver comprehensive fund accounting services with minimal supervision. You will handle low to medium complexity funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in core accounting processes.

You will prepare financial statements, NAV reports, and support periodic financial reporting, while following established procedures and SOPs. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, NAV reports, and related deliverables.
• Maintain fund books and records and support periodic financial reporting.
• Process routine transactions such as capital calls and distributions.
• Identify and escalate operational risks and support SOP adherence.
• Track work progress, participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
