Job summary

Citco International Support Services Limited-Philippine ROHQ in Manila seeks a Fund Accountant to support the fund administration team. You will record trade and non-trade entries, perform reconciliations, and help prepare NAV packages and financial statements to meet client requirements.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and a client-service mindset. We offer rotating schedules, training support, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or management.
• Professional designation (CPA, CFA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Experience in financial services with high-volume operations is a plus.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Record trade and non-trade transactions in custody and accounting systems.
• Liaise with other Citco groups and/or external parties for information and documents.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations; monitor and analyze portfolio pricing.
• Calculate and book fee accruals; prepare NAV packages and financial statements.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting in line with client and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and Citco offices to resolve issues.
