Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance required.
• 1–3 years in Fund/Investment Accounting.
• Knowledge of hedge funds and derivatives is preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Advent Geneva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review accounting records for assigned investment funds and managed accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and trading position valuations between internal systems and third‑party administrators.
• Support external audits by providing financial information, documentation, and assisting with annual financial statement preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of tax schedules and related financial reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and investigate variances.
• Recommend and implement process improvements related to reconciliations, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Support management with data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc financial projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and information security policies.
• Participate in audit activities and support risk management initiatives.
