Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd in Manila seeks a Fund Accountant to analyze fund performance monthly, price portfolios, and ensure GAAP compliance. You will review investor movements, reconcile positions, and prepare client reports in line with procedures and SLAs.

The role requires 3-5 years in fund accounting, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Training will support knowledge of investment management standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Fund Accounting, preferably with a Fund Administration Firm.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of GAAP Financial Statements and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand our clients and their strategies; analyze funds’ performance on a monthly basis and follow the markets.
• Review and price the portfolios in accordance with Firm and Fund pricing policies.
• Review and process investor movements to ensure compliance with procedures and controls.
• Accurately book investor activity into technology and ensure compliance with documents.
• Reconcile positions/securities to broker statements and resolve differences.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; provide reports as agreed with Customer.
• Prepare GAAP Financial Statements and review partner allocations and management/performance fees.
