Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant (Private Equity) in the Philippines. You will oversee fund accounting and reporting for investment funds, ensuring accurate investor activity, valuations, and GAAP financial statements, while supporting audits and process improvements.

Key duties include monitoring fund performance, reconciling positions, calculating allocations and fees, and delivering timely client reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Fund Accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP financial statement preparation.
• Experience with management and performance fee computation and annual audits.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze fund performance and market trends.
• Record investor transactions and reconcile positions with broker statements.
• Price portfolios and review valuations per fund policy.
• Compute partner allocations, management fees and performance fees.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and support annual audits.
• Generate timely internal and client reports and drive process improvements.
