OutForce, partnering with Centuria Capital, seeks a Fund Accountant to handle statutory and management reporting, tax compliance, and financial accounting for property funds. This full-time Manila-based role operates on AU working hours within a hybrid setup.

You will prepare financial statements, reconciliations, tax calculations (GST, PAYG, corporate tax), and cashflow forecasts while supporting treasury and periodic reporting.

Role Overview

Fund Accountant focuses onstatutory and management reporting, tax compliance, and financial accountingacross Centuria’s unlisted property and healthcare funds. Responsibilitiesinclude preparing financial statements, reconciliations, tax calculations, cashflow forecasts, and expense budgets, as well as supporting treasury andperiodic reporting. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

What We’re Looking For

An Accountant with experience incommercial, corporate, or property fund accounting, ideally with a backgroundin property or funds management. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge offinancial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and balance sheetreconciliations. Experience with OneSource Accounts Production, MRI, andadvanced Microsoft Excel is an advantage. Strong analytical skills, attentionto detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential, alongwith good communication skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset. Big 4experience is highly regarded.

Key Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be an Accountantwith commercial, corporate or property fund experience. Big 4 experience priorto commercial roles and experience in property and funds management will bewell regarded.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Preparation of monthly balance sheetreconciliations, month-end journals and monthly management reporting
• Preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of tax calculations (GST, PAYG,annual income tax calculations)
• Maintenance of actual figures in fund cashflow and forecast model
• Preparation and monitoring of fund expensebudget
• Maintenance of the treasury summary includingcalculation and recording of interest accruals and prepayments and recordingMTM on derivatives
• Support the team in the monthly, quarterly,half-yearly and annual reporting processes
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders acrossbusiness units to identify new and implement improvements to existing workflows
