Job summary

OutForce Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a detail-driven Property Financial Accountant to own key financial accounting functions within our property division.

This hands-on role leads the month-end cycle, reporting, and controls in a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CA qualifications preferred, and at least 3 years of accounting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in property or real estate industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close, including accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Support audit processes and maintain internal controls.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analysis.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-driven Property Financial Accountant to own key financial accounting functions within our property division. This is a hands-on role at the core of our month-end cycle, reporting, and controls — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property or real-estate environment and is ready to take ownership of meaningful financial processes.

Function: Corporate - Finance

Supervision:

The role will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager - Funds Finance collaborative corporate finance team.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA qualified (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Property or real estate industry experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly

What You’ll Be Working On

The tasks and responsibilities for the role include:

1. Execute month-end close, including accruals and prepayments
2. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly financial reports
3. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliation
