BSA Solutions Inc. in Cebu is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join a growing software team supporting an Australian healthcare technology business.

You will work across frontend and backend technologies, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with an Australian team using written communication and agile practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial software development experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with Python backend development using FastAPI or similar.
• Solid frontend development with React, TypeScript preferred.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience writing automated tests as part of regular delivery.
• Proficient with Git version control and English communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, coordinating with Australian team hours.

IV. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with approximately 3–5 years of commercial software development experience to join a growing software team supporting an Australian healthcare technology business.

This role focuses on the development of modern web applications rather than hardware or embedded systems. You'll work across both frontend and backend technologies, contributing to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable applications while collaborating with Australian team members through written communication and agile development practices.

• Build and maintain backend services using FastAPI or a similar Python framework.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.

• Collaborate with the Australian development team through written communication and Azure DevOps workflows.

VI. REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with Python backend development using FastAPI or a similar framework.
• Solid frontend development experience using React, with TypeScript preferred.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience writing automated tests as part of regular software delivery.
• Strong proficiency with Git version control.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently from development tickets with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during Philippine business hours with overlap to Australian working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (or equivalent cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including repositories, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Previous experience working with Australian clients.
• Experience in healthcare technology or other regulated industries.
