In this lean, high-impact role you’ll leverage AI coding tools to boost productivity, work across a mature codebase, ship meaningful features, and evolve the platform over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a full-stack developer.
• Experience using AI coding tools in daily development.
• Production experience with PHP/Laravel.
• Proficiency in Python, React, or Node/TypeScript.
• Excellent APIs, databases, Git, and Jira fluency.
• Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong communication for US-based collaboration.
• Self-driven and capable of owning features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy new features across web and backend.
• Refactor and enhance an existing codebase as needed.
• Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to boost speed/quality.
• Support backend modernization toward a scalable Python-based stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on feature scope/delivery.
• Maintain clean code, version control, and documentation.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to support a US-based digital health platform used for remote patient monitoring. The system is already live, and your focus will be on feature development, enhancements, and gradual modernization.

This is a high-impact, lean role—you’ll act as a force multiplier by using AI coding tools to significantly boost productivity. You’ll work across a mature codebase, ship meaningful features, and help evolve the platform over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and deploy new features across the web platform and backend services
• Work within an existing codebase—enhancing and refactoring as needed
• Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to improve speed and quality
• Support backend modernization toward a scalable Python-based stack
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders on feature scope and delivery
• Maintain clean code, version control, and documentation
• Integrate with AWS, Firebase, and real-time data systems

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience as a full-stack developer
• Strong hands‑on use of AI coding tools in daily development
• Experience with PHP / Laravel in production environments
• Proficiency in modern stacks (Python, React, or Node/TypeScript)
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, Git, and Jira workflows
• Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with US teams
• Self-driven and capable of owning features end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mobile development (Android/iOS)
• Experience with healthcare systems or HIPAA compliance
• Background in legacy system modernization
• Familiarity with real-time or time-series data (Firebase, analytics tools)
• Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven applications
