Job summary

BSA Solutions Outsourcing Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our software team.

You will build modern web apps using Python (FastAPI) and React/TypeScript, designing RESTful APIs, writing tests, and participating in CI/CD processes while collaborating with Australian team members. Work is onsite during Philippine business hours with some overlap to Australian hours, contributing to scalable, maintainable software for a healthcare technology client and growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong Python backend with FastAPI or similar.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• REST API design and integration experience.
• Experience writing automated tests.
• Proficient Git version control.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during Philippine business hours with overlap to Australia.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.
• Build and maintain backend services with FastAPI or similar.
• Develop frontend apps with React and TypeScript.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Write and maintain automated tests.
• Collaborate with Australian team through written comms and Azure DevOps.
• Work independently from user stories with minimal supervision.
• Participate in code reviews, PRs, CI/CD.
• Improve software quality, performance, maintainability.
• Document technical solutions and project docs when required.
