Level Up Talent Solutions in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the Philippines. This full-time onsite role offers a competitive salary package of up to 29,000 PHP per month, with the opportunity to start immediately.

You will be the frontline of our organisation, delivering exceptional service to clients and customers in a dynamic call centre environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 3 years BPO/CSR experience.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cyber West, Quezon City.
• Start ASAP and in a shifting schedule.
• Strong English communication (verbal & written).
• Ability to stay calm and patient in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and courteously, responding to inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Process customer transactions and account updates efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
• Resolve customer concerns to find satisfactory solutions.
• Maintain professionalism with difficult customers.
• Meet and exceed performance targets (call handling time, CSAT).
• Participate in training and QA activities to improve service delivery.
