Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions in a high-volume environment in Metro Manila. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience, with strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and payroll processes.

You will work closely with frontline and managerial employees, handling recruitment, employee relations, and documentation with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments (F&B, hospitality, retail).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR functions, not limited to one area.
• Experience in recruitment and employee relations preferred.
• Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally.
• Comfortable working with frontline and managerial employees.
