Job summary

AGRI EXIM GLOBAL INC. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Recruitment and HR professional to source, attract, and process qualified candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, and events.

You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, maintain applicant databases, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, plus 1–2 years in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Experience in facilitating onboarding orientation.
• 1–2 years in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment; agriculture/manufacturing familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, job fairs, recruitment events, and other channels.
• Review applications and CVs and conduct initial applicant screening based on approved job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and pre-screening of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for further assessment and interview.
• Maintain and update applicant databases, recruitment trackers, and candidate records.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across approved recruitment platforms and channels.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, medical examinations, and other hiring documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding orientation for newly hired employees, including company policies, rules and regulations, benefits, code of conduct, and other HR-related matters.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress, applicant status, and manpower requirements.
