Responsibilities

About the role:

Provide physical and administrative support to the Inbound and Outbound teams, handling goods, materials, and basic documentation safely and accurately under the direction of the assigned Specialist. Help ensure that receiving, put-away, packing, staging, and dispatch tasks are completed on time and in compliance with SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Inventory and Inbound Specialist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
• Assist in physically unloading and sorting goods from the PQA Factory and other fulfillment centers
• Under the direction of the Specialist, help perform 1:1 unit inspections to identify damages or defects early
• Move verified stock from the receiving dock to its designated home locations or picking bins to keep the floor clear
• Assist the Specialist in regular physical counts and allocation to ensure the system matches the shelves
• Pick orders accurately and resolve quantity and stock errors found during packing
• Execute the physical pick of items based on the pick slips and bring them to the packing station for audit
• Assist in preparing, labeling, and dispatching orders
• Prepare and assist with packing preparation by pre‑assembling boxes and preparing dunnage
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, orderly, organized and safe throughout the shift

About you

• Ability to carry out assigned tasks accurately and safely
• Ability to report discrepancies, damages, and safety concerns to the assigned Specialist promptly
• Ability to protect all confidential information including SKU data, order data, customer details, SOPs, and brand information
• Ability to comply with company handbooks, safety rules, data privacy, health regulations, and audit requirements
• Exercise honesty, professionalism, and urgency in handling company matters

Qualifications:
